Cancellation Policy

CE PROVIDER POLICIES HANDBOOK ADA Accommodation Policy: The course provider complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Reasonable accommodations are available upon request submitted at least 7 days prior to the course. Assessments: Assessments include written exams, practical evaluations, and case studies aligned with learning objectives. Cancellation Policy To outline the terms for participant cancellations and refunds Policy: Cancellations by Participants: Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 7–13 days prior to the course start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 7 days before the course start date or for no-shows. To cancel, participants must submit a written request via email or through the course registration portal. Cancellations by Provider: If the course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Exceptions: Refunds or credits may be considered for extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) on a case-by-case basis, with written documentation required. Completion Criteria 100% attendance, participation, passing exam score (70–80%), and demonstrated competency required. Conflict of Interest All financial or professional conflicts are disclosed. No required purchases. Copyright Policy All materials are original or properly licensed. Unauthorized distribution prohibited. Course Development Structured process including objectives, content creation, assessment, review, and updates. Diversity Policy Inclusive, respectful environment supporting all backgrounds. Grievance Policy Complaints submitted in writing, resolved within 10 business days. Instructor Qualifications Licensed, experienced, and trained instructors with documented expertise. Learning Environment Safe, clean, supervised, and properly equipped environment. Learning Objectives Clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with assessments. Security Measures Secure storage of all records, limited access, confidentiality maintained.
